New book by Frances Ruhlen McConnell due out this summer, & reading

Frances Ruhluen McConnell has a longish poem in the current issue of Zyzzyva and a new book of poems--The Direction of Longing--coming out this summer (http://www.bellowingark.org/).  
She will be reading at the Claremont Public Library (at the corner of Second and Harvard, in Claremont, California) on Sunday, August 19th at 2 p.m.
